- Than scroll down the settings to the bottom of Galaxy F12. In bottom you will see the option “System”. Now click on the option to continue.
- Then you will the many options in next screen and here you will see the “Advanced” option. Now click on the “Advanced” option.

- Than you will see second notification on your screen that will remind you that all your personal information, Apps, and Data will be erased and you can’t undone this action once it started. So if you are agree than click on “Erase Everything”.
- If you have set any screen lock Pattern or pin than it will ask you to enter it to continue the process to reseting the phone.
- Than your galaxy f12 will start to reset. And it will take couple of minutes to complete the process.
Galaxy F12 Reset—Factory reset through Recovery Mode.
- Firstly, turn off your Android phone and then long press Volume up or down button along with power button of your device.
- Now, you will be able to see custom recovery mode of your phone is activated.
- Here you can see many options like Install, wipe, backup, restore and many other options.
- Than navigate through menu by using Volume up and down buttons and find “Recovery Mode” Option and than press the power button to continue.
- Now you will see many options in recovery mode. Simply use volume up and down buttons to navigate and go to the “wipe cache partitions” and press power button to clear all cache files of your mobile.
- After that you will come back to previous screen. Than use volume up and down buttons and go to the “wipe data or factory reset” option and press power button to start factory reset.
- Now you will see a notification on your screen with No and Yes option.
- Use volume buttons and go to the yes option and press power button to continue.
- Your Samsung Galaxy F12’s all data will be erased. After the process complete boot up your phone and it will be like a new phone.
